The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has posted information about an electronic auction for the purchase of 7 apartments for orphans and children left without parental care in the city of Kazan.
The initial price of the contract is more than 27.6 million rubles. The state customer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the requirements, the area of each apartment should be from 24 to 36 square meters. The residential premises to be purchased must be located in houses built and put into operation no earlier than 2002. An important condition is the absence of encumbrances: apartments should not be mortgaged, under arrest, be the subject of lawsuits from third parties and should be free from third-party residence.
"Providing housing for orphaned children is one of the priorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of social protection. Through the public procurement system, we strive to solve this problem as efficiently and transparently as possible by purchasing housing that meets the necessary requirements," commented Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee.
Since the beginning of 2025, 450 residential buildings for orphaned children have already been purchased in Tatarstan for a total amount of 1.8 billion rubles. Housing provision corresponds to the goals of the national project "Infrastructure for Life", aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens and providing them with affordable and comfortable housing.
