How to generate and post information about the termination of the contract in case of liquidation of the customer or supplier?
The system automatically generates and posts information about the termination of the contract (obligations under the contract) in the event of liquidation of a legal entity that is a customer or supplier, and if there is no information in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities about the rights and obligations of such a customer or supplier.
The automatic generation and posting of information on the termination of the contract is carried out on the basis of information contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
At the same time, in accordance with subparagraph "p" of paragraph 14 of the Rules for Maintaining the Register of Contracts, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 01/27/2022 No. 60, automatic placement is carried out no later than 3 working days from the date of publication in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of information on the liquidation of a legal entity that is a customer or supplier.
Please note that for contracts under which the liquidation of a legal entity that is a customer or supplier occurred before 07/01/2025, the automatic generation and posting of information about the termination of the contract will be provided by the system in stages, taking into account the load on GIS EIS PROCUREMENT.
After the above information is automatically posted, the contract status changes to "Execution terminated".
