Russia has prepared a new competition development plan until 2030

At an operational meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak announced the preparation of a new five-year national competition development plan until 2030. The plan was developed taking into account the proposals of government authorities, public and business associations, and is also aimed at achieving the goals set by the President of Russia.

The document provides for a number of measures, including:

– identification and suppression of cartels,

– development of regional roadmaps for the development of competition,

– expansion of cooperation with the antimonopoly authorities of the BRICS and SCO countries,

– ensuring antimonopoly regulation of digital platforms to prevent abuse by monopolists,

– digitization of appeal procedures,

– creation of a service for selecting land plots for agriculture and a state portal on supply and demand for innovative products

- improvement of the procedure for refinancing mortgage loans.

The implementation of the plan, according to Alexander Novak, will stimulate sustainable economic growth, ensure a fair price balance and improve the quality of products and services for citizens.
