Centralized purchases of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan exceeded 3.6 billion rubles in 9 months
In the first nine months of 2025, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted 408 centralized procurement procedures worth more than 3.6 billion rubles. The information was announced today at the weekly meeting in the department.
The most popular way to determine a supplier remained an open auction in electronic form, which is how 379 trading procedures were conducted. For regional and municipal customers, goods and services were purchased according to their list. The main positions were vehicles, fuel, catering services, insurance, supplies of light industry products, as well as computer and office equipment.
Due to the purchases organized by the committee, budget expenditures have been reduced by 5% since the beginning of the year. This saved over 176 million rubles.
"The centralization of procurement procedures has allowed us not only to ensure significant budget savings, but also to increase the overall transparency of the public procurement system in the republic. We continue to improve the bidding methodology, introduce digital tools and strengthen control over the execution of contracts. Our goal is to maximize the efficient use of every ruble of budget funds while complying with all legal requirements," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee.
In addition, in 9 months, within the framework of the agreements concluded, the State Committee conducted 233 purchases totaling more than 3.2 billion rubles. According to the results of the concluded contracts, it was possible to save over 189 million rubles, which is 8% percent of the amount of placed purchases.
