From October 2 to 3, 2025, Sochi hosted the IV All-Russian Conference "Public Procurement 2025: Figure, Law, Competition", which brought together representatives of federal authorities, large companies, regional administrations and industry experts.
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic represented Tatarstan at such a prestigious venue. Chairman of the Committee Marat Ziatdinov held a number of working meetings and actively participated in panel sessions and open discussions on the most pressing issues in the field of public procurement.
On the second day of the conference, the following key topics were highlighted:
- National regime as the basis of industrial development;
- procurement in construction: identification of problems and search for effective solutions;
- collusion with the customer: unacceptable interaction and responsibility;
- current issues of law enforcement practice of legislation on procurement of state-owned companies within the framework of Law No. 223-FZ;
- explanations of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on controversial procurement issues.
During the event, participants exchanged advanced technologies and techniques for implementing digital tools in the field of procurement, got acquainted with the successful experience of the regions, discussed effective ways to minimize corruption risks and violations of the law, and established working contacts with key participants in the Russian procurement market.
