97 residential buildings for orphans and children left without parental care will be purchased in Tatarstan. Information about the electronic auction was posted by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. More than 382 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes. The customer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
84 apartments will be purchased in Zelenodolsk district, 4 in Baltasinsky, 3 in Mamadyshsky, 2 each in Novosheshminsky and Kazan, 1 each in Aktanyshsky and Chistopolsky districts.
All apartments to be purchased must comply with the standards for the provision of living space under a social rental agreement, but not less than 24 square meters. Finishing is required, a separate kitchen with a sink and a bathroom with plumbing. Residential premises should be located in houses built no earlier than 2002.
According to the legislation, the number of apartments for orphaned children in one apartment building cannot exceed 25% of the total number of apartments. A warranty period of at least two years is provided for all purchased housing.

Our committee ensures full transparency of all procedures and efficient use of budget funds to address this important social task."
It is planned to purchase housing until December 20, 2025.
