The list of banks meeting the requirements of Law No. 44‑FZ has been changed

An updated list of banks has been posted that meet the requirements set out in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Article 45 of Law No. 44‑FZ, which are entitled to issue independent guarantees to secure applications, fulfill contracts, and guarantee procurement obligations.

The bank CB Rostfinance LLC was excluded from the specified list.
