High-quality work of the public procurement system is impossible without qualified specialists. The disparate approaches to education and the lack of uniform standards for the training of purchasers are such problems identified by the Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee. Marat Ziatdinov at the first All-Russian conference of educational organizations in the field of procurement in Kazan.
"This creates significant risks for all our work. In our republic, we are aware of the importance of a systematic approach to education, we are actively developing the training program, introducing advanced techniques and digital tools. Since the beginning of the year, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Procurement Development Center, has conducted educational events involving more than 650 people," he said.
Professional development courses, seminars and conferences are regularly held at various venues in Tatarstan.
"I am convinced that today's conference will be an important step towards the formation of unified all–Russian educational standards in the field of procurement," said Ziatdinov.
The conference was attended by representatives of 27 regions of Russia – leading experts in the field of procurement, representatives of federal authorities and university professors of the country. The conference was held for 2 days - on September 10 and 11.
