The capital of Tatarstan will become the venue for the first All-Russian conference of educational organizations in the field of procurement. The opening ceremony will take place on September 10 with the participation of Rustam Nigmatullin, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Pavel Tikhomirov, General Director of the Union of Purchasers of Russia.
The large-scale event will bring together representatives from 27 regions of Russia, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Belgorod, Volgograd, Voronezh, Irkutsk, Omsk, Orenburg, Penza, Ryazan, Samara, Tyumen regions, the Republic of Bashkortostan, Sakha, Komi, Altai and other subjects of the Russian Federation. Among the participants are representatives of federal authorities, experts in the field of procurement and teachers from leading universities in the country.
The conference focuses on: assessing the quality of educational programs and rating educational institutions; sharing best practices in training personnel for the procurement sector; introducing the latest tools and techniques for training specialists; solving problems in the field of educational services procurement.
The participants will analyze the current state of the educational services market in the field of procurement, develop common approaches to education and evaluate the effectiveness of specialist training. The key objective of the conference is to approve the all—Russian educational standards for training specialists in the field of state and municipal procurement.
The program of the event includes plenary sessions and discussion platforms for discussing topical issues of the industry. The conference will last two days — on September 10 and 11. The organizers are the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with the Union of Purchasers of Russia.
