Question
How does the reason for the changes in the terms of the contract affect the ability to edit certain fields when forming a digital supplementary agreement by the customer?
Answer
When the customer forms a draft digital supplementary agreement, the ability to edit fields and blocks depends on the chosen reason for changing the terms of the contract on the "Supplementary Agreement Card" tab.
The reasons for the change are based on the provisions of the legislation on the contract system in the field of procurement, and therefore allow for changes to specific terms of the contract by editing fields and blocks in the agreement.
The selected reason is saved after switching to the next tab and is not editable. To change the saved reason or add a new one, you must delete the draft agreement and create a new one.
Before forming an agreement, we recommend that you study the information in Appendix No. 1 of the user manual "Conclusion of additional agreements (LC of the Customer)", in which fields and blocks available for editing are defined for each reason for changing the terms of the contract.
More information about the functionality can be found in the Knowledge Base of the user's personal account of GIS EIS PROCUREMENT.
