The information system of the History Map portal will be upgraded for 10.9 million rubles
The State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Archival Affairs needs to carry out work on the modernization of the state information system of the multimedia portal "Map of History". It is planned to spend 10.9 million rubles for these purposes. Information about the electronic auction was published by the RT State Procurement Committee.
According to the terms of reference, the modernization of the portal provides for the development of several key components: the creation of interactive routes through historical and memorable places, thematic maps of memorable places with integrated archival documents, an electronic catalog of archival documents, and a search for archival documents.
It is expected to expand the functionality of the software package through an automated archival document management system, as well as increase the availability of archival resources and user engagement in the study and development of the cultural and historical heritage of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as promote the preservation of historical authenticity and popularization of historical truth based on authentic archival sources.
The contractor will need to provide the customer with a full range of extended support for all purchased software modules by December 31, 2026. Quality guarantees for the services provided and the licenses provided are provided for a period of at least 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance document.
