Today, Tatar-inform News Agency held a press conference on the topic: "Educational projects in the field of state and municipal procurement"

Main theses of the speech by Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Ziatdinov:

• Professional personnel play a crucial role in the formation of a transparent and efficient procurement system.

• Continuous training of specialists is a prerequisite for successful work.

• Legislation requires regular professional development of employees holding positions of contract managers and members of contract services.

Personnel training:

Conducting educational courses and modules adapted to meet real needs and legislation. Specialists undergo face-to-face and distance learning at the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Procurement Development Center, the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of the KFU, as well as at the Agency for State Procurement of the Republic.

Large-scale support:

In November 2024, we launched a series of field-based zonal educational seminars in the regions of the Republic of Tatarstan. We have already conducted training in the Sabinsky, Buinsky, Chistopolsky, Almetyevsky districts and Naberezhnye Chelny. In total, more than a thousand customers and suppliers have been trained. A seminar is planned for the autumn in Nizhnekamsk.

Practical experience:

46 educational events were organized last year alone, and more than 2,000 specialists were involved. This year, more than 28 events have been held, involving over 650 people.

Young cadres:

This year, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan launched a pilot program for the adaptation and development of novice specialists in the field of procurement "The Buyer. A new generation." This is a comprehensive program that includes theoretical training, mentoring, and practical work under the guidance of experienced professionals. Upon completion of the course, each student will receive an official certificate of completion of the program and the opportunity to work in state and municipal structures.

New horizons:

On September 10-11, 2025, Kazan will host the First All-Russian Educational Conference in the field of procurement and competition. It will be organized jointly with the Union of Purchasers of Russia. Participants from different regions of the country are expected, including representatives of federal authorities, procurement experts, and teachers from the country's leading universities. The main goal is to establish uniform standards for the training of procurement specialists.

Result:

Highly professional staff, strict adherence to legislation and systematic training create a solid foundation for the successful development of public procurement in the Republic of Tatarstan.
