What should the customer do if the supervisory authority has suspended the signing of the contract?

In this case, when the draft contract is signed by the customer, the control will work: "The contract cannot be signed, because the determination of the supplier (contractor, contractor) regarding the conclusion of the contract is suspended at the request of the control body."

To lift the suspension, the customer must contact the procurement control authority that suspended the purchase directly.
