New rules for issuing certificates confirming the domestic origin of medicines will come into force on September 1, 2025. The Ministry of Industry and Trade has prepared a draft administrative regulation that will replace the current Order No. 4368 dated December 31, 2015. The document is undergoing an anti-corruption examination.

The conclusion is drawn up to confirm that the stages of the technological process of drug production are carried out on the territory of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. According to the draft, the service provision period will be no more than 30 working days from the date of registration of the application, which must occur within one working day after the submission of documents.

It will be possible to apply through the Unified Portal of Public Services, and the result can be obtained at the multifunctional center. Consultations will be available by phone, email, and in person.

Updating the regulations is aimed at simplifying procedures and digitizing the service, which, according to the developers, will speed up interaction with applicants and increase the transparency of the process.
