A seminar on public procurement will bring together government customers and suppliers in Naberezhnye Chelny

On August 12, Naberezhnye Chelny will host two specialized zonal seminars for customers and suppliers on the following topics: "Public procurement: changes and practice in the application of 44-FZ" and "Effective participation in procurement."

Educational events are aimed at representatives of the executive committees of the districts, state and municipal institutions and businesses of Naberezhnye Chelny, Mendeleevsky, Tukayevsky and Agryzsky districts. Registration starts at 9.00 a.m., the venue is the Russian Drama Theater "Artisans" (Naberezhnye Chelny, Prospekt Chulman, 77).

The main content of the seminar is to highlight key changes in Law No. 44—FZ, to get acquainted with the new conditions of the national regime and the specifics of working on the public procurement exchange. Issues of interaction with authorized bodies and ways to minimize the risk of being included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers will be considered separately.

Participants in the procurement process will also consider the following issues: justification of the price and features of furniture purchases, transition to a digital contract with a single supplier, a digital supplementary agreement, resources of the republican marketing center, etc.

"It is necessary to regularly monitor changes in legislation, as even minor violations can lead to serious consequences. Our goal is to familiarize specialists with the innovations and offer clear instructions on how to act in the new environment. This is the fifth seminar of this format, which we are organizing with a trip to municipal areas," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
