Studying the level of corruption in Tatarstan: an open competition for conducting an opinion poll has been announced
The Ministry of Economy of the Republic has announced an open electronic competition for the provision of scientific research services on the topic "Public opinion research to assess the level of corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan and the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures". The information was published by the Tatarstan State Procurement Committee.
The survey will be conducted in relation to 3,240 people of various age categories who have been living in 45 municipalities of the republic for at least two years. The age group consists of respondents aged 18 and over. The study should be conducted in strict accordance with federal law and the methodology for conducting sociological research on corruption assessment approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, adopted by Resolution No. 662.
The methodology provides for the use of special tools, including a questionnaire, a survey card, an itinerary and quota tables, providing a representative selection of respondents.
The contractor will need to conduct the research strictly according to the established rules and comply with the load limits for each interviewer — no more than 60 respondents per specialist. After completing the study, provide the customer with completed questionnaires, itinerary sheets, an Excel and SPSS database, and a detailed report containing summarized survey results.
