Acceptance documents and corrections signed by at least one of the parties are not subject to deletion. Signing with an enhanced qualified electronic signature is a legally significant action.
Deletion is available only if the document generated by the supplier in the personal account of GIS EIS PROCUREMENT is in the "Project" status. To do this, select "Delete" in the context menu of the required document.
After signing the acceptance document by both parties, in case of errors or inaccuracies, the supplier must form a correction of essential or non-essential conditions. For outdated documents with the status of "Denied review", the possibility of transferring such a document to the status of "Archive" has been implemented.
