The order of placement of payment information in the contract registry has been optimized
Starting from July 19, 2025, the GIS UIS PROCUREMENT optimized the procedure for placing information in the contract register about the payment by the customer to the supplier of an advance payment, delivered goods, work performed, and services provided for in subparagraph "b" of paragraph 11 of the Rules for Maintaining the Contract Register approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 60 dated 01/27/2022.
Payment information is generated in the register of contracts automatically on the basis of subparagraph "k" of paragraph 14 of the Rules if there is a personal account opened to the customer in the Federal Treasury in the following cases::
- for federal customers — when making payments after 07/01/2023
- for customers at the level of the subject of the Russian Federation or the municipal level — upon conclusion of the contract after 01.01.2024
Automatic generation of payment information is carried out on the basis of documents received as a result of information exchange between the GIS "Electronic Budget" and GIS EIS PROCUREMENT.
In this regard, starting from the specified date, the possibility of manually generating payment information provided for in subparagraph "b" of paragraph 11 of the Rules is excluded.
In addition, it is possible to generate information about the performance of the contract, indicating information about the payment of:
- taxes, fees and other mandatory payments for the counterparty
- according to the writ of execution (court decision)
At the same time, the formation of such information by customers is allowed manually.
