Updated the list of banks to provide collateral for applications under 44-FZ

The Government of the Russian Federation has excluded PJSC Russian National Commercial Bank from the list of banks to whose accounts it is allowed to deposit funds as collateral for applications for participation in electronic procurement under Law No. 44-FZ.

The corresponding change was made to the previously approved list, fixed by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 13, 2018 No. 1451-R. The updated list contains 25 credit institutions.

The updated list entered into force on July 10, 2025.
