The volume of centralized purchases of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan exceeded 2.4 billion rubles
In the first six months of 2025, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted 240 centralized purchases with a total value of over 2.4 billion rubles. These data were presented at the weekly meeting at the department.
Electronic auctions prevailed among the types of bidding, with about 220 procedures. For regional and municipal customers, goods and services were purchased according to their list. The main items were vehicles, gasoline and diesel fuel, paper and paper products, computer equipment, as well as catering.
As a result of the procedures carried out in the first half of the year, it was possible to achieve a 4% reduction in budget costs, which in monetary terms exceeds 98.1 million rubles. Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee Marat Ziatdinov identified centralized procurement as an effective tool for optimizing public procurement.
"The centralized procurement system is becoming a powerful tool for budget savings today. When we combine the needs of different departments and organizations, it becomes possible to buy large quantities of goods at wholesale prices, significantly reducing treasury costs. It is necessary to formulate the requirements correctly, prepare the documentation competently and closely monitor the execution of contracts," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In addition, in the first half of the year, within the framework of the agreements concluded, the State Committee conducted 128 purchases totaling 958.2 million rubles. As a result of the concluded contracts, it was possible to save 10.8 percent of budget funds.
