Young Buyer's Course: interview with Polina Gainutdinova, a young specialist of the RT State Procurement Committee
Polina Gainutdinova is a vivid example of a young specialist who is successfully building a career in public procurement and contributing to the development of Tatarstan's economy. Her enthusiasm and commitment to professional growth inspire and serve as an example for other young people.
Polina, please tell us about your work at the RT State Procurement Committee. What do you do?
- I work in the department of analysis and provision of centralized procurement. My main task is to analyze procurement data, identify inefficient procedures and develop proposals for their optimization. This is a very interesting and responsible job that requires care and analytical thinking.
How did you get into this field? What attracted you?
I have always been interested in economics and legal aspects of management. I am currently studying for a Master's degree in Public and Municipal Administration at Kazan Volga Federal University. I take part in various projects related to public procurement. I understand more and more that this direction is very close to me. The opportunity to influence the efficiency of using budget funds and contribute to the development of the region's economy is what inspires me.
How do you assess the support of young professionals in the committee?
The committee has created an excellent atmosphere for professional growth. We are given the opportunity to participate in various training programs, seminars and conferences. Experienced colleagues are always ready to help and share their knowledge. This is very important for a young specialist who is just starting his career.
What are your plans for the future?
I plan to continue developing in the field of public procurement, gaining new knowledge and skills. In the future, we would like to make an even greater contribution to the development of the procurement system in Tatarstan.
