Tatarstan State Committee on Procurement is recognized as the leader of the efficiency index
The ROST Association recognized the organization of Tatarstan's procurement activities as highly effective. At the All–Russian conference "PUBLIC Procurement PERM - 2025", the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded a diploma and a statuette of the absolute leader of the Regional Procurement Efficiency Index for 2024.
The GROWTH index evaluates the work of regional authorized bodies in the field of procurement, providing regulatory and methodological support for the uniform application of legislation. The rating is based on a comprehensive analysis of competitive procedures, procurement for small businesses, and other indicators. By all criteria, Tatarstan has become the absolute leader among the regions of Russia.
The award was presented to Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee. He noted that Tatarstan's success in the field of public procurement reflects the professionalism of government bodies and the desire to improve legislation and procedures. This has a positive impact on the economic development of the republic and is the result of the collective efforts of all participants in the process.
"This recognition was made possible thanks to the coordinated work of all participants in the process — from specialists of the State Committee to suppliers and customers. We strive to ensure that our procurement system is as transparent, competitive and focused on the needs of citizens as possible," said Iskander Bagautdinov.
In the future, Tatarstan plans to continue working to improve the public procurement system, which will allow maintaining high standards of efficiency and transparency.
