On the results of the plenary session of the All-Russian Conference "PUBLIC PROCUREMENT PERM-2025"
The opening ceremony took place in Perm The All–Russian Conference "PUBLIC PROCUREMENT PERM - 2025" with the participation of Maxim Shaskolsky, Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, and Dmitry Makhonin, Governor. The event was organized by the Government of the Perm Region with the support of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The meeting brought together about 500 participants of the contract system, among them guests from 26 regions of Russia – heads of authorized bodies and institutions, experts in the field of procurement, as well as suppliers and customers of the Perm Region at the regional and municipal levels.
"The regional Government aims to ensure that the procurement system in the region is as open, transparent and efficient as possible. The volume of state and municipal purchases in 2024 amounted to about 148 billion rubles. Almost 85% of the contracts were concluded based on the results of competitive procurement. At the same time, the average number of applications submitted per competitive purchase exceeds the national average," Dmitry Makhonin, Governor of the Perm Territory, said at the opening of the plenary session.
Presentations were made by the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Alexey Lavrov, Head of the State Order Placement Control Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service Dmitry Bombyr, Head of the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy Kirill Purtov, Deputy Head of the Federal Treasury Anna Katamadze, Head of the Department of Methodological Support for Industrial Policy Implementation, Department of Strategic Development and Corporate Policy, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Alan Faizov, Dmitry Bombyr, Head of the State Order Placement Control Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
It should be recalled that at the All-Russian Conference in Perm, the delegation of Tatarstan is represented by Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Niyaz Gazeev, General Director of the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan.
