Employees of the State Committee at a regional conference in Rostov-on-Don
Representatives of the RT State Procurement Committee, Adel Gilmanov and Aidar Kotdusov, participated in the regional conference-seminar in Rostov-on-Don "Procurement under the Law on the Contract System No. 44-FZ: recent changes and current practice."
