Archival work" in Tatar and Russian languages. The relevant information on holding an open tender in electronic form was published by the RT State Procurement Committee. They are ready to spend more than 2 million rubles from the national budget to create an animated film.
The performer will need to fully consider the concept (idea, concept, synopsis, description, style, creation technology) and coordinate it with the customer. It will be based on archival documents, photos and videos. The timing of the continuation of the animated series "The Adventure of Notepad and Print.
