Orphaned children from six districts of Tatarstan will be provided with housing
The Tatarstan State Procurement Committee posted information on the website of the unified information system on the purchase of residential premises for orphaned children and children left without parental care. The customer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic.
The agency plans to purchase 81 apartments: 40 apartments in the Zelenodolsk district and the city of Zelenodolsk, 6 apartments in the Kukmorsky district, 16 apartments in the Sabinsky district, 16 apartments in the Tukayevsky district, 2 apartments in the Tyulyachinsky district, and one apartment in the Cheremshansky district. More than 319.8 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes.
"Conducting electronic auctions makes it possible to quickly and openly select high-quality residential premises that meet the necessary sanitary and technical standards. This approach protects the rights of the most vulnerable categories of citizens and makes the public procurement process as open and controlled as possible," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee.
The size of residential premises must comply with legal requirements: at least 24 square meters per person, but not more than 36 square meters. Residential buildings should be built and put into operation no earlier than 2015. The premises must not be mortgaged, under arrest, or burdened with other obligations, must not be the subject of lawsuits from third parties, and must be free of third-party residence.
The warranty period during which the repair and maintenance of residential premises is provided is at least 2 years. The deadline for the transfer of the acquired residential premises is December 20, 2025.
