An educational seminar for representatives of municipal authorities and businesses was held in Almetyevsk today, organized by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event is aimed at improving the competence of public procurement market participants and preventing mistakes during procurement.
The speakers were the leading experts of the State Committee, specialists of the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan and invited guests. Thus, Yakov Geller, Director General of the Agency for State Procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan, highlighted in detail the specifics of working on an electronic trading platform and answered questions from the audience. Special attention was paid to measures to support local businesses and the conditions for successful application submission.
Events of this kind are held in order to inform customers and suppliers about current legal requirements, changes in regulations and best practices. The experts emphasized the importance of regular training and professional support.

The participants of the zonal seminar were representatives of the executive committees of districts, municipal institutions and businesses from eight municipalities of Tatarstan: Almetyevsk, Aznakaevsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Zainsky, Sarmanovsky, Cheremshansky and Yutazinsky districts. All of them received electronic certificates of completion of training.
