The control is triggered if the deferred termination date specified in the draft termination agreement is less than the current date.
Verification is carried out when signing a draft agreement on termination of the contract by both the customer and the supplier.
In case of control:
- at the stage of "Signing by the supplier" The supplier needs to form and send to the customer a protocol of disagreement for making changes to the current draft agreement on termination of the contract.
- at the "Signing by the customer" stage, the customer needs to cancel the contract termination procedure and form a new draft contract termination agreement with the correct date
Please note, if at the stage of forming the draft agreement on termination of the contract it is impossible to determine the specific date of termination of the contract, we recommend specifying the value of the field "Date of termination of the contract" – "from the date of signing by the parties".
