Digitization of Tatarstan's archives will cost 9 million rubles
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has posted information about an electronic auction for the digitization of documents from the Archival Fund of Tatarstan. The cost of the work is 8.9 million rubles. The customer is the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Archival Affairs.
Digitization must be completed within 2 months after the conclusion of the contract. It is necessary to scan the documents, process and organize the graphic images, and check them for errors. All data obtained during the work will be entered into the unified archival information system (UAIS RT). In total, 1.2 million pages of A3, A3+, A4, A5 formats need to be converted into electronic form.
According to the RT State Procurement Committee, such work increases the availability of archival resources for researchers and the public.
