The list of banks to whose bank accounts the security of applications is deposited has been changed

The decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 05/29/2025 No. 1375-r has been published. The document excludes Home Credit and Finance Bank Limited Liability Company from the list of banks where funds are deposited into bank accounts to secure an application for participation in a procurement when conducting electronic procedures provided for by the Federal Law "On the Contract System for Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services for State and Municipal Needs." by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1451-r dated July 13, 2018.
