Tatarstan will create a transport service plan for the population for 35 million rubles
A comprehensive plan for the development of passenger transportation will be developed in Tatarstan. The relevant purchase was placed by the RT State Procurement Committee. The customer is the Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Republic. The contractor has until the end of November to develop a strategy that will increase the accessibility, safety and comfort of public transport.
Key objectives of the project:
• Analysis of the current transportation situation (tariffs, security, route network)
• Creation of a mathematical model of the transport system of Tatarstan and the Kazan agglomeration
• Development of recommendations for route optimization and service standards
• Assessment of economic efficiency of carriers
Special attention will be paid to the development of regular routes, taking into account the needs of the capital region. The final document will become the basis for making managerial decisions in the transport sector in the coming years.
35 million rubles have been allocated from the budget for the implementation of the initiative. The contractor will be determined based on the results of an open tender in electronic form.
