Almetyevsk will host participants of the zonal seminar on public procurement
On June 10, a zonal seminar "Public procurement: changes and practice of applying 44-FZ" will be held in Almetyevsk. The event is organized by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC.
At the seminar, representatives of municipalities will be able to gain up-to-date knowledge on how to properly conduct purchases in accordance with Federal Law No. 44-FZ and prevent violations. This is the fourth educational event held by the department with visits to municipal areas.
"Holding such seminars is extremely important because it allows customers to keep abreast of the latest changes in legislation and receive practical recommendations on the application of the 44-FZ norms. I am convinced that high—quality training and regular professional development of specialists in the field of public procurement is a key factor for improving the efficiency and transparency of procurement procedures in our region," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the Tatarstan State Procurement Committee.
The seminar will be attended by representatives of the executive committees of districts, municipal institutions and businesses from eight municipalities of Tatarstan: Almetyevsk, Aznakaevsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Zainsky, Sarmanovsky, Cheremshansky and Yutazinsky districts.

In addition to the leading experts of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, invited guests will also act as speakers. A representative of the Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC will talk about the specifics of working on the exchange platform, as well as analyze current customer issues. The speaker of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will talk about measures to support entrepreneurs in Tatarstan. The law enforcement practice will be presented by the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Tatarstan.
