What are the deadlines for signing the contract?
Experts from the Russian Ministry of Finance explained the procedure for signing contracts. According to the provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ, the exchange of documents and the deadlines for signing contracts are regulated by articles of the Law.
To make the process easier to understand, let's look at it step by step.:
1. After the purchase is completed, the participant places the necessary information and documents on the electronic platform.
2. The customer must sign the draft contract and publish it in the unified Information System (UIS) and on the electronic platform no later than two working days after receiving the necessary documents from the winner.
3. It is important to remember that such a contract cannot be signed earlier than ten days after the publication of the final procurement protocol in the EIC.
This rule applies regardless of the type of contract and the method of choosing a contractor. Even in a situation where the procedure follows a simplified scheme ("electronic quotation request"), the deadlines remain the same.
Thus, meeting deadlines is a prerequisite for the proper execution of contracts.
