Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee Marat Ziatdinov took part in a meeting of the Union of Purchasers at the GOSZAKAZ forum
Within the framework of the jubilee XX All-Russian Forum-exhibition "GOSZAKAZ", St. Petersburg, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Ziatdinov took part in an open meeting of the Union of Purchasers.
The meeting discussed such key topics as:
- proposals on the use of the trademark in the evaluation of applications from procurement participants;
- the value of the buyer's profession;
- difficulties and solutions in the implementation of import substitution policy in the aircraft industry.
"I doubt the correction of the thesis that we have a shortage of personnel in procurement. But you need to grow your staff, as large corporations do, and you need to find such staff correctly. And we want to discuss this topic at a conference in Kazan. There is also a need to discuss the issue of rationing the number of specialists in the personnel sector," said Pavel Tikhomirov, General Director of the Union of Purchasers, during the discussion of the value of the profession of a buyer.
