RT State Procurement Committee participates in XX All-Russian forum "GOSZAKAZ" in St. Petersburg

The XX All-Russian Forum—exhibition "GOSZAKAZ", the largest expert platform for professional dialogue in the field of procurement, has started its work in the Northern Capital. In 2025, the event is being held on behalf of the First Deputy Prime Minister.

Denis Manturov and with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation under the motto "STATE ORDER: the key to achieving national goals."

The opening ceremony was attended by State Duma Deputy Anton Guetta, Senator Ivan Abramov, Deputy Head of the Federal Treasury Anna Katamadze, Senior Vice President and Director of External Relations at PSB Vera Podguzova, Vice Governor of the Yaroslavl Region Vasily Gorbunov and CEO of ExpoForum International Sergey Voronkov.

"This year's anniversary event is taking place at a crucial time for our country. In a rapidly changing world, innovative solutions are becoming the basis of our competitive advantage.The procurement system plays a crucial role in this process, which should promote the development of domestic production, maintain high quality standards and introduce advanced technologies," Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov said in his welcoming speech to the Forum participants.

Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Ziatdinov and Director General of the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC Niyaz Gazeev are taking part in the forum. Managers are already holding meetings on cooperation options for the further development of customers and suppliers in the Republic of Tatarstan.

"The GOSZAKAZ Forum-exhibition is an excellent platform for discussing import substitution issues in the field of public procurement. The State Committee is actively working to encourage purchases of domestic products in order to support Russian manufacturers and ensure the country's technological sovereignty. We are ready to share our experience, discuss problems and find joint solutions. I hope that the forum will make a significant contribution to solving the challenges facing the Russian economy," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the Tatarstan State Procurement Committee.

The business program includes more than 30 expert sessions on key procurement issues. Special attention is paid to industry areas: construction, transport, healthcare, ecology, human resources, digitalization and artificial intelligence.
