Employees of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan became participants of the practical seminar
At the seminar "NATIONAL PROCUREMENT REGIME UNDER 44-FZ FROM JANUARY 1, 2025", they received information from a professional in their field, and also received answers to their questions. The training took place within the walls of the Kazan Educational and Methodological Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.
The speaker was Olga Milonaets, Deputy Head of the Moscow Regional FAS of Russia. The participants discussed:
- The main and current regulations of the economy of the Russian Federation governing changes in procurement regimes.
- The principle of operation of prohibitions, restrictions and advantages within the framework of 44-FZ.
- The specifics of fulfilling the conditions of the state regime, including exceptions.
- The current practice of the FAS of Russia in reviewing complaints about customer actions.
The seminar became an important platform for the exchange of experience and relevant information necessary for effective work in the context of changing legislation.
