Tatarstan's customers signed state contracts worth 75 billion rubles in the first quarter of 2025
Since the beginning of 2025, Tatarstan's regional and municipal customers have signed more than 21,000 contracts totaling 74.7 billion rubles. Budget savings amounted to 1.3 billion rubles. These data were announced at a meeting of the RT State Procurement Committee.
Savings on public procurement amounted to 0.75 billion rubles for customers in the region and 0.56 billion rubles for customers in the municipalities of the republic.
The largest contract was signed by the Main Investment and construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 1.2 billion rubles for the construction of a polyclinic in Kazan in the residential complex "Spring". The term of the contract is until January 16, 2026.
During the three months of 2025, the State Committee conducted 86 centralized purchases totaling 236.3 million rubles. There are 3 open tenders, 78 open auctions in electronic form and 5 requests for quotations. The most frequently purchased vehicles, gasoline and diesel fuel, office paper, blank products, computer equipment, network equipment and software.
As a result of centralized purchases in the first quarter, budget expenditures were reduced by 6.6%, which in monetary terms exceeds 17 million rubles.
"Budget savings are impossible without competition between bidders. A wider range of suppliers takes part in the electronic auction, which usually entails a significant reduction in the initial contract price. Therefore, the most important task of our committee is to create all conditions for healthy competition, ensuring equal opportunities for all participants," said Marat Ziatdinov, head of the department.
