New rules will come into force on July 1.: The Ministry of Emergency Situations has developed standard conditions for fire-fighting contracts
The Ministry of Emergency Situations has prepared a draft of standard contract terms that will be applied in procurement for the installation, maintenance and repair of fire protection systems for buildings and structures without the involvement of subcontractors (paragraph 1 of the draft).
The project includes 13 sections covering key aspects of the parties' interaction: rights and obligations, quality assurance, acceptance procedure, pricing and other conditions.
The innovation may enter into force as early as July 1, 2025 (paragraph 2 of the draft resolution) and partially replace the existing standard contracts in this area.
The public discussion of the project will end on April 21.
