The Department's letter has been prepared for recipients of budget funds in addition to the letter dated 12.02.2025 No. 07-04-05/04-3889.
In order to organize work on the formation of powers of attorney in electronic form for electronic document management in the subsystem of cost management of the state integrated information system for public finance management "Electronic Budget" (PUR CS) on the personal accounts of recipients of funds from the budget with the code 41, it is reported that the signing of electronic documents by persons previously entitled to the first and second electronic signatures on the basis of the signature sample card, in the absence of a power of attorney in electronic form, it will be possible until June 1, 2025.
