The new 44-FZ course: advanced training in face-to-face and online formats
RT Procurement Development Center JSC is launching a new advanced training course in accordance with 44-FZ, which will be held in face-to-face and online formats.
Full-time format: April 14-18, 2025
Online format: April 18-30, 2025
The following issues will be considered and discussed during the course:
Recent changes in the legislation on the contract system
Rules for planning and justifying purchases
Features of competitive procedures (auction, tender, request for quotations)
Features of purchases from SMP and SONKO
The rules for concluding a contract with a single supplier
Features of the conclusion, execution and termination of the contract
Procurement reporting
Mistakes and violations by customers and suppliers
Administrative and judicial practice in the field of procurement, etc.
The training will take place in comfortable, technically equipped halls, with a welcome coffee break and delicious lunches in between classes!
