The Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of KFU has launched a training program on the contract system in the field of procurement
The full-time educational program has started at the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of KFU. The topic is "The contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, and services to meet state and municipal needs."
The audience includes government and municipal employees, employees of subordinate institutions, whose responsibilities include procurement
for state and municipal needs.
Maria Almazova, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, delivered a welcoming speech to the participants. She stressed the importance of the acquired knowledge for the formation of a transparent and competitive public procurement market, and also expressed hope for the successful completion of the courses by all students.
Before the start of the full-time stage, the participants had already completed distance learning, which allowed them to prepare for the intensive course. The program will end with a final certification in the form of electronic testing, which allows you to assess the level of acquired knowledge.
