Tatarstan's State Procurement Committee was noted for its participation in a pilot project to conclude a digital contract

The Federal Treasury expressed gratitude to the staff of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for their active participation in the pilot project to conclude a digital contract in the Unified Procurement Information System in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ dated 05.04.2013 "On the contract system for the procurement of Goods, Works, and Services for State and Municipal Needs."

The high level of professionalism, proactivity and conscientious work of Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman, and Milyausha Nigmatova, a leading adviser to the Department for the Execution of government contracts, was noted separately.

As the chairman of the State Committee, Marat Ziatdinov, noted, participation in such projects provides an opportunity to try out new methods and approaches, improve the efficiency of processes and prepare for the introduction of new standards.

"Tatarstan has become the first region whose customers have signed digital contracts with a single supplier. The Tatar State Academic Theater named after G.Kamal, the Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet Theater named after M.Jalil, the Road Safety Institution, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the pilot project," he stressed.

Recall that from April 1, 2025, a number of purchases from a single supplier under Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ will be digitized, and by 2026 it is planned to fully complete the digitalization of all public procurement.
