Employees of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan completed an internship at the Kazan City Hall

The Republican colleagues were received at the Kazan City Hall to share their experiences. The two-day internship of state civil and municipal employees of Tatarstan has been completed successfully. Among the participants are Anastasia Surkova, Head of the Centralized Procurement Department of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aidar Kotdusov, a leading adviser, and Polina Gainutdinova, a leading specialist in the Centralized procurement Analysis and assurance Department. The internship area is "Urban Process Management. Creating a comfortable space." The main topics included discussion of modern challenges of municipalities, effective communication with citizens, digitalization of municipal services, infrastructure development and renovation of public spaces. Special attention was paid to the issues of forming a city team and evaluating the effectiveness of employees. Successful cases were presented to the participants and practical experience in project implementation was shared. The event concluded with the presentation of certificates of advanced training from the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of Kazan Federal University.
