The deadline for posting a procurement report from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations in the Unified Information System is coming to an end. The form of the document has remained unchanged since last year, but some nuances of the submission still require attention. Let's look at the key points that will help you avoid mistakes.
The deadline is March 31.
Almost all customers are required to post the report in the Unified Information System, with the exception of:
- organizations included in the special list, as well as their subordinate structures
- customers under 223-FZ who were forced to make purchases under the rules of 44-FZ.
What has changed in 2024?
Municipal medical organizations and some other customers did not take into account the purchase of medical products and medicines when calculating the CDF. However, the resolution on the procedure for preparing the report does not specify the need to include data on such contracts in the 2024 report. The Ministry of Finance has already prepared amendments to eliminate this uncertainty.
How do I submit the report correctly?
- Sign the report with an enhanced qualified electronic signature (EP).
- Check its validity period to avoid problems when signing.
Follow the requirements for the content, order, and timing of the report.
Responsibility
Violation of the requirements for submitting the report, including errors in the content or late publication, may result in liability for the customer's official.
Do not delay submitting the report at the last moment – prepare and send it in advance to avoid fines and problems!
