Applications for participation in the electronic auction are accepted
The State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Archival Affairs will provide technical support services to the GIS "Unified Archival Information System of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the IT infrastructure. It is planned to allocate more than 6.8 million rubles for these purposes. Information about the electronic auction was published by the RT State Procurement Committee.
Technical support will be provided in stages, starting from the date of the contract and ending on January 31, 2026. The work must be performed using remote access tools.
The project of the unified archival information system was carried out within the framework of the state program "Development of archival affairs in the Republic of Tatarstan". Automation affects almost all work processes, starting with acquisition, accounting, creation of scientific reference equipment and ending with the use of documents by archive staff, remote users and the work of the reading room.
