The republic's regulatory legal acts will be analyzed using the Codex system
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic will provide support services for the specialized Codex software for the legal analysis of regulatory legal acts of Tatarstan municipalities. The information on the website of the unified information system was published by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The service will be provided to automate the process of legal analysis of regulatory legal acts for compliance with federal and regional legislation and regulatory legal acts of municipalities. The result of the legal analysis will be information about the presence or absence of possible contradictions, as well as gaps in legal regulation. The contractor will need to ensure uninterrupted access to specialized software from 400,000 workstations.
The initial price of the contract is 7,1 million rubles. Applications for participation in the electronic auction are accepted until March 25.
