The Justices of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan will undergo advanced training and professional retraining
Information on the holding of an electronic auction for the provision of educational services for the advanced training of magistrates and professional retraining of newly appointed magistrates of the republic was published by the RT State Procurement Committee. The customer is the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan. The initial price of the contract is more than 1.1 million rubles. The funds will be allocated from the republican budget.
72 academic hours are included in the magistrates' professional development program "Theoretical and practical issues of law enforcement activities of magistrates". The performer will need to train 40 magistrates of the republic in groups - no more than 20 students in one group. The development of the educational program for advanced training will end with the final certification, which includes an examination in the form of testing.
The program of "Professional retraining of newly appointed magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan" provides 292 academic hours. The theoretical course consists of 132 academic hours and an internship of 160 hours. It is planned to train 15 people. Professional retraining will end with final certification in the form of an exam.
Applications for participation in the electronic auction are accepted until March 20.
