Customers will be trained in the new rules in the contract system in 2025
On March 4, at 10.00 a.m., RT Procurement Development Center JSC will hold a seminar for customers on "New rules of work in the contract system in 2025 (44-FZ)" in online and offline formats.
The following issues will be considered during the seminar::
• Current changes in the field of state and municipal procurement in 2025.
• The application of the national regime in public procurement. New from January 1, 2025.
• Sole supplier – conclusion of the contract, termination of the contract, requirements to the supplier.
• The concept of the initial (maximum) contract price, its purpose, and methods of determination.
• Work in the Regional information system "Electronic store".
