According to the requirements of the rules for maintaining the register of contracts, information and documents confirming the acceptance of goods, works or services are subject to mandatory inclusion in the register. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the established procedure for specifying cost indicators in primary documents.:

The price per unit of a product, work, or service must be rounded according to the rules of mathematical rounding to 11 decimal places.

The total cost of fulfilled obligations, including the amount of tax (if any), is rounded to 2 decimal places.

In order to avoid discrepancies due to rounding, it is possible to adjust the total cost of obligations in the latest acceptance document.

In addition, when calculating the amount of damage incurred during the execution of the contract, it should be assumed that the unit of measurement of monetary indicators, including for accounting purposes, is a ruble containing 100 kopecks. The value is displayed with an accuracy of two decimal places.
