The procedure for issuing permits for the purchase of imported goods by the Ministry of Industry and Trade has been approved
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has approved the procedure for issuing permits for the purchase of goods originating from a foreign country, which are industrial products.
The relevant application is filled out by the customer's representative in the GIS personal account and signed by the applicant's supervisor with an enhanced qualified electronic signature. The application contains:
- information about the applicant
- information about the planned purchase of a foreign product
- information about the characteristics of the product
- the planned purchase period
- information about investment, national and federal projects, if the goods are purchased within the framework of these projects
The application must be filled out separately for each product for which a permit is requested. At the same time, the application must not contain information constituting a state secret.
The applicant will be informed about the progress of the application by sending messages to the GISP personal account or by e-mail.
The application is considered within the established time limits, which are determined, inter alia, based on the contents of the register of Russian industrial products and the need to send additional requests to manufacturers of similar purchased products. The purchase permit specifies:
- name of the applicant
- the name of the product for which the permit was issued, its codes
- details of the application, according to which the permit is issued
A copy of the application on the basis of which the permit was issued is an integral part of the issued permit. The permit is valid for 18 months from the date of its issuance and applies only to one purchase.
